**Job Summary**

Six Physio Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their community and within residential care homes across Central, South-West and North-West London.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history and relevant operation notes
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans tailored to individual patients' needs
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of neurological and orthopaedic conditions and treatments, as well as aged care and rehabilitation principles
  • Apply orthopaedic skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive care
  • Experience with hydrotherapy is highly desirable
  • Work effectively with patients with dementia and the elderly

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Physiotherapy
  • Proven experience of lone working and managing travel between patients
  • Up-to-date DBS certificate is preferred
