Your Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to service monitoring requirements and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
