Sales and Business Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd, the fastest-growing company in the UK retirement house building sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary contact for customers interested in our developments, providing expert advice on their purchase and lifestyle.
- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring a hassle-free and positive experience from inquiry to move-in day.
- You will work closely with our onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams, as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
- You will have the opportunity to showcase apartments, working from a show home centre with all the necessary tools and information at your fingertips.
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer relationship skills, a determination to succeed, and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Previous new homes sales experience, especially in the retirement market, is highly desirable.
- You will demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times, be prepared to get involved at every opportunity, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have previous experience of using IT databases.
- You must hold a valid UK Driver's Licence, in case you need to visit customers away from the site.
