Key Responsibilities
  • Protect client assets, people, and properties by adhering to site-specific procedures and Assignment Instructions (AI's).
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing offenders of policy and procedures.
  • Escalate incidents promptly, accurately, and appropriately to the Control Room, Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Emergency Services, as necessary.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Maintain organisation stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
  • A valid frontline SIA licence (DS or SG).
  • Excellent customer service experience and confidence to handle conflicts effectively.
