Key Responsibilities
- Protect client assets, people, and properties by adhering to site-specific procedures and Assignment Instructions (AI's).
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing offenders of policy and procedures.
- Escalate incidents promptly, accurately, and appropriately to the Control Room, Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Emergency Services, as necessary.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintain organisation stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- A valid frontline SIA licence (DS or SG).
- Excellent customer service experience and confidence to handle conflicts effectively.
- Flexibility to meet job requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- Smart appearance and professional grooming.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- High level of enthusiasm and passion.
