As Director of Operations Management, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of this key executive, ensuring they are always prepared and focused on their core responsibilities. This involves coordinating schedules, responding to emails, liaising with clients and service providers, organizing meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.

What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Group Head of Claims, including:
  • Coordinating schedules and responding to emails.
  • Liaising with clients and service providers.
  • Organizing key meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all materials are ready in advance.
  • Scheduling important internal meetings, including Claims Town Hall meetings, and prioritizing committee and market meetings.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Handling the annual budgeting process, tracking budgets, and overseeing travel expenses.
  • Managing invoices and ensuring they are coded correctly.
  • Coordinating events and travel arrangements, ensuring all are seamless.
  • Assembling monthly management packs and ensuring all necessary group policies are finalized and signed off.
  • Sourcing management information and providing ad-hoc project support.

We Offer
