Job Description

As a Technical Systems Solutions Specialist, you will provide exceptional engineering services to customers across system maintenance, installations, and service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure work meets or exceeds customer expectations and establishes Johnson Controls as a trusted partner in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, project management teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver system requirements and solutions. This includes managing system installations, maintenance tasks, and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. You will also ensure solutions and services meet or exceeds customer expectations, assist in the commissioning of new installations, and conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and contribute to accurate project costings and designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver system requirements and solutions.
  • Manage system installations, maintenance tasks, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure solutions and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in the commissioning of new installations.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and contribute to accurate project costings and designs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require strong experience in integrated enterprise-level systems, including CCTV, Intruder Alarm Systems, Perimeter Detection, Access Control, and Video Intercom Systems. You should have hands-on experience with technologies such as Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch, and Commend. Experience with high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging) and Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals) is also essential.

Familiarity with Senstar Omnitrax/Fibre Patrol and Fibre Optic systems is desirable but not essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, both internally and externally with customers, and be self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. A professional demeanor and customer-centric approach are also required.
