Job Overview

The Senior Compensation Strategy Partner plays a pivotal role within the Compensation Team, collaborating closely with the Compensation Director and the broader HR team to spearhead the implementation of Evelyn Partners' compensation framework.

This position involves partnering with business units, as well as HR and Finance professionals, to merge an understanding of the organization’s dynamics with compensation expertise. The goal is to customize compensation solutions and develop impactful strategies that align with the organization’s current and future needs.

The Senior Compensation Strategy Partner will assist the Compensation Director in delivering commercially viable and practical solutions for all compensation-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial analysis, modeling, and process management related to total employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity.
  • Coordinate the annual salary review process in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
  • Manage the bonus budget and accrual process, liaising with Finance colleagues, the Compensation Director, and the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Design and enhance incentive programs to support business growth.
  • Assist in preparing materials for the Remuneration Committee.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create and implement effective strategies that communicate and educate employees on key compensation initiatives. Conduct benchmarking analysis with external suppliers to formulate insights and recommendations on compensation policies.
  • Prepare all necessary audit and regulatory submissions.
  • Engage with external compensation advisors as needed.
  • Supervise Compensation analysts.

  • Leadership experience, whether as a direct manager or as a coach/mentor.

Professional Qualifications and Education
  • Preferred postgraduate qualifications in HR or Finance.
