Senior Compensation Business Partner

Network HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Business Partner to lead EMEA operations for a FTSE listed business services firm based in London. This role will be responsible for managing all compensation programs efficiently and on time, while proactively seeking opportunities to enhance employee compensation initiatives and position the business as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Compensation Director and team to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, research, and analysis to support Functional and Regional HR Business Partners in compensation-related matters.
  • Address compensation issues related to assigned locations, functions, cyclical compensation programs, and global projects.
  • Act as a key member of the Regional EMEA Leadership Team, promoting compensation initiatives and participating in regional People Team projects.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and reporting requirements specific to the assigned region.
  • Partner with HRBP's to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of compensation initiatives within assigned functions.
  • Provide in-region education and guidance on compensation matters, empowering management to effectively attract, retain, and reward employees in line with business vision.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working across EMEA is mandatory.
  • Experience of liaising with work councils.
  • Excellent knowledge of fixed compensation.
