Job Title: Advanced Technical Trainer - Bus and Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our delivery team as an Advanced Technical Trainer - Bus and Coach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in the Bus and Coach sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our apprentices and industry partners
  • Assess and provide feedback to apprentices on their progress and skills development
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective
  • Contribute to the development of our training materials and resources
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of training

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications in Bus and Coach engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
