We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Care Supervisor to lead our team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers in delivering exceptional care services to our clients in Cornwall.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operation of our services, ensuring high-quality care and support to our clients.
- Supervise and monitor the work of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and local communities to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality of care and support.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Minimum level qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in providing direct care in a work setting.
- Supervisory/Line Management qualification and/or demonstrable experience of leading a team in frontline care.
- Awareness of developments within Health and Social Care and multi-agency care issues.
