Care Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Care Supervisor to lead our team of Community Care Support Workers. As a key member of our Corserv team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our services, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the work schedules of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, ensuring they are optimized and meet the needs of our service users.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of Community Support Workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and local communities to ensure seamless referrals and interventions.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Conduct regular visits to service users to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Monitor and review service user plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Commissioners to ensure the safety and well-being of service users and staff.
- Investigate complaints, accidents, and incidents, ensuring that any safeguarding issues are addressed promptly.
- Minimum level qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in providing direct care in a work setting.
- Supervisory/Line Management qualification and/or demonstrable experience of leading a team in frontline care.
- Awareness of developments within Health and Social Care, multi-agency care issues, and relevant healthcare training.
