Job Title: Waiter/Waitress - The Bricklayers Arms

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Bricklayers Arms, a vibrant and bustling pub in the heart of Flaunden. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to achieve excellent service standards and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle customer payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and promote our menu and drinks offerings to increase sales and revenue.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
