Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Fortis Recruitment Solutions. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including sandwiches, baguettes, and other menu items.
- Coffee and Tea Service: Prepare and serve coffee and tea to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Counter Service: Work at the counter, taking orders and serving customers.
- Food Safety and Handling: Ensure that food handling and safety rules are followed at all times.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including tables and the canteen area.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have experience working with food preparation.
- Skills: Experience working as a waiter/waitress/barista is desired. Customer service skills and food safety knowledge are essential.
Working Hours: Day shift available, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £12.00 per hour.
