About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in our restaurants and bars
  • Ensure seamless food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency
  • Upsell and promote our food and beverage offerings to guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of service quality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
