We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Imaging Department as an Imaging Department Assistant. This is a clinical support role that requires a caring and co-operative approach to working practices, with a focus on delivering an efficient and effective service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a supportive role to the imaging team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
- Assist radiographers, nurses, and medical staff in the imaging department.
- Perform reception and clerical duties, including data entry.
- Work clinically alongside radiographers in imaging rooms and on portable imaging.
- Act as a Fire Warden to the team.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent vocational course, to include English grade C or above.
- Experience in a patient-facing caring environment or role.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft packages, and able to undertake accurate data entry.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
