About the Role

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their Imaging Directorate as an Apprentice Radiographer. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Plain Film X-ray team workforce and undertake clinical shifts as part of the team.
  • Support the Imaging Directorate in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the department.
  • Participate in the Keele University apprenticeship program, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging and eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Person Specification

  • Grade C or 4 or equivalent Maths and English
  • A-Level or BTEC or Equivalent qualifications
  • Clinical experience in Imaging department or other healthcare environment
  • Public facing role
