About the Role

The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Diagnostic Radiography Apprentice. As a key member of the Imaging Directorate, the successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support the development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Plain Film X-ray team workforce and undertake clinical shifts as part of the team.
  • Support the Imaging Directorate in providing a high-quality patient care service.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in Diagnostic Radiography and Imaging through academic learning and workplace practice.

Person Specification

  • Grade C or 4 or equivalent Maths and English.
  • A-Level or BTEC or Equivalent qualifications.
  • Clinical experience in Imaging department or other healthcare environment.
  • Public facing role.
