PMLD Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity

We are looking for highly skilled teaching assistants to join our team at ABC Teachers. As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced educational professionals to support students with profound and multiple learning difficulties. Your role will involve developing tailored support plans and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with educational professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
• Provide academic, social, and emotional support to students, enabling them to reach their full potential.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services.

Requirements:
A valid DBS check, experience of supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties, and the ability to provide personal care and support.

What We Offer:
Competitive daily rates paid via PAYE, opportunities for networking events, pension contributions, and ongoing professional growth.

Salary: £80-£85 Per Day. Estimated annual salary: approximately £16,360-£17,310 based on 190 days worked per year.
