Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at an SEN school in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 3-11 who have various learning difficulties, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). The role involves providing support on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.

The successful candidate will be required to register with the online update service and hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate. Additionally, they must provide two professional child-related references covering at least the last two years.

We offer a minimum rate of pay of £90 per day and flexible working hours from 8:20 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only. If you are a qualified teaching assistant or support worker looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, please apply.
