Job Title: Marketing Director, International Brand Strategy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our international brand strategy efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to increase international market share, competitive positioning, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with global and regional marketing and sales leads
  • Drive all aspects of Marketing Communications Strategy and Execution across EMEA and APAC regions
  • Oversee localized integrated brand marketing, communications, trade marketing, retail experience, and visual merchandising
  • Travel will be required based upon the needs of the business

Requirements:

  • 10-15+ years of Marketing experience in the prestige beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing, communications, and sales
  • Able to analyze and manage complex financial data
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
