The vinyl market has been growing rapidly, with a 20% annual increase over the last 16 years. We're working with leading record labels, streaming services, and iconic global artists to build a global solution for physical media. Our mission is to provide frictionless access to vinyl and CD production and fulfillment centers in Europe, USA, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Innovate and direct new content ideas and strands, working closely with our in-house content creator to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and creators to generate user-generated content (UGC) that promotes our platform and products.
  • Develop and oversee social media calendars and ensure all campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals.
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:
  • Develop content and creative strategies that drive user acquisition and sign-ups through paid digital channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external agencies as needed to set up and optimize ad campaigns, ensuring they meet performance KPIs.
  • Analyze and interpret data from digital campaigns, using insights and AI tools to optimize strategy and improve ROI.
  • Create and manage retargeting campaigns to drive returning traffic to the site.
Influencer & Partnership Management:
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand our reach and generate engaging UGC.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive user sign-ups.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, with experience collaborating with influencers and creators to produce engaging UGC.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and co-branded campaigns to expand brand reach.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration abilities, with a passion for staying updated on digital trends.
