We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead to help us disrupt the physical and digital music industry. Our company has invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their product worldwide via our store at zero cost.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for social media and content creation, and the ability to analyse and adapt strategies to meet business goals. As our Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing: Develop content and creative strategies that drive user acquisition and sign-ups through paid digital channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand our reach and generate engaging user-generated content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, with experience collaborating with influencers and creators to produce engaging user-generated content.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and optimise strategies.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and co-branded campaigns to expand brand reach.
