We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead to help us disrupt the physical and digital music industry. Our company, elasticStage, has invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their product worldwide via our store at zero cost. We are working with leading record labels, streaming services, digital service providers, distributors, and iconic global artists who are keen to partner with us to build a global solution for physical media.

The vinyl market has been growing on average more than 20% year on year over the last 16 years, more than doubling since 2020. In Japan, it grew 40% last year, and even CDs are growing for the first time in two decades. Over 30 million creators are releasing their music online today, growing 30% a year and representing the fastest-growing segment in music. Most of them would like to have their music on vinyl or CD for their friends & family and especially their fans. elasticStage will provide them easy and affordable access via its unique and scalable on-demand tech.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker with a passion for social media and content creation to manage our social media accounts and create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. As our Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing: Develop content and creative strategies that drive user acquisition and sign-ups through paid digital channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand our reach and generate engaging user-generated content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, with experience collaborating with influencers and creators to produce engaging user-generated content.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and optimise strategies.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and co-branded campaigns to expand brand reach.
