As a Pastoral Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the well-being and academic achievement of our students.

About the Role

We strive to create a supportive community where students feel valued and motivated. As a Pastoral Assistant Lead, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education. Your contributions will help us maintain our position as one of the highest performing schools in the country.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to students, focusing on their academic and personal development
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements
  • G.C.S.E. Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English
  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
