We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our out-of-school club, providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 3-11 years.

About the Role

As an Out of School Club Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and directing colleagues, modelling professional behaviour and ensuring the high standards of care and support we provide during the school day are maintained in our before and after school club, WOOSH.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the learning, care, and pastoral needs of children in this age range and possess excellent personal organisation and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct colleagues to deliver a high-quality service
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the out-of-school club, including supervision of activities and provision of snacks
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and accidents
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions between school and club activities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification as defined in the EYFS Statutory Guidance
  • Have experience working with children aged 3-11 years in a childcare or educational setting
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and occasional weekends
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
