We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant Lead to join our friendly school community at Yeadon Westfield Junior School. As a Teaching Assistant Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students achieve their full potential.

Your main responsibilities will include working with children who have additional needs, particularly those with complex communication needs or children with Social and Emotional needs. You will also inspire children to learn in all areas of our creative curriculum, build relationships on a one-to-one basis with young children, and attend to the pupils' personal needs.

You will be part of a supportive team and work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students. You will also contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom
- Work with children who have additional needs
- Inspire children to learn in all areas of our creative curriculum
- Build relationships on a one-to-one basis with young children

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
