Flooring Sales and Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing business by selling flooring into retailers in various locations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess good knowledge of the local area and a full driving license.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, plus uncapped commissions. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a lunch allowance, pension, healthcare, car, laptop, mobile, and training opportunities.
