Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Sheffield office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, and providing support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and IT support.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the senior management team.
- Manage the office budget and ensure effective use of resources.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
