Customer Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Customer Assistant to join our team at Buzz Bingo. As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our club, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers
  • Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, and kitchen
  • Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
  • Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a face-to-face role
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
