About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers
  • Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, and kitchen
  • Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
  • Ensure a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or leisure environment
  • Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations
  • Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
  • Confidence in challenging the way things are done and ensuring all customers follow company policies and standards
