Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Delivery Driver to join our Supplies & Distribution Team at Ayrshire Central Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective storage and distribution of supplies throughout Ayrshire & Arran.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle with tail lift to deliver orders to multiple sites, adhering to digital tachograph regulations.
  • Assist with the unloading of goods from National Distribution Service.
  • Collaborate with the Supplies & Distribution Team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies, meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence with C1 category and current CPC driver qualification card.
  • Have a strong understanding of supply chain logistics and distribution principles.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • Be able to lift and move heavy objects, as required.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week.
