About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans for Road & Gravel biking products, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch, and optimize online and offline marketing activities.
  • Manage multi-media communications campaigns to drive existing ranges and new product launches, including sponsorships and event-based activity.
  • Develop high-quality and compelling marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
  • Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category communications.
  • Manage project timelines and track budgets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing & promotional activity and spend, identifying opportunities to optimize spend and improve effectiveness.
  • Support the active brand ambassador and digital influencer program.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience working in a dynamic FMCG or other consumer goods environment.
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns and the ability to craft compelling consumer stories that drive interest in the brand.
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cycling and/or experience in the cycling or sports industry.
  • Evidence of building strong relationships and positive impacts on people.
  • A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders positively.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
  • Good IT skills across MS Office and Adobe programs.
  • Excellent project management skills, and an eye for putting the right process in place to get the job done.
