Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll data, including pay costs, staff absences, and benefits.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including PAYE, NI, and pension contributions.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payroll and pension procedures.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
