Job Summary

FI Real Estate Management Ltd are seeking a Document Controller to manage and organise company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Duties

Responsibilities include managing information via Procore, a platform used throughout project delivery, and ensuring all documents are properly formatted and stored securely.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge and use of project tools, including drawing management and distribution, design and technical submittals, RFI's, site diaries, and project reports.

Key Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and reliable with excellent timekeeping.

Desirable Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills.

Working Arrangements

This role is based in Watford and requires the ability to commute to that location.
