Reward Programme Coordinator

As a key member of the TJX Europe team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration and coordination of our Benefit and Compensation Programme Management and Pay Reporting across Europe.

The Reward Co-ordinator will work closely with the Reward team to provide comprehensive support, using discretion and confidentiality at all times. This will involve managing the shared Reward inbox, filtering questions and assigning queries to appropriate analysts for resolution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of Pay Reporting requirements as the scope continues to grow across Europe.
  • Coordinating with the Pay Reporting Manager to ensure the timely completion of tasks, including Gender Pay Gap Reporting and filing of documentation.
  • Organising team meetings and making necessary arrangements, including invites, agenda, speakers, etc.
  • Managing team activities such as holiday calendars and travel.
  • Supporting benefit activities as required.
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven administrative and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive and confident approach, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • A focus on delivering a professional service to customers.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work with multiple programmes.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
