As a Reward Co-ordinator, you will provide comprehensive support to our Reward team looking after the administration and co-ordination of Benefit and Compensation Programme Management and Pay Reporting across Europe. Always using discretion and confidentiality, you will support between compensation and benefits, answering and directing queries and support with the co-ordination of all team activities from scheduling, PO's, trackers and a calendar of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the shared Reward inbox, filtering questions and assigning queries to appropriate analyst for resolution.
  • Support the delivery of Pay Reporting requirements as scope continues to grow across Europe.
  • Support Pay Reporting Manager with co-ordination of, Gender Pay Gap Reporting Schedule, Filing of documentation including statements when required and Business Upskill sessions for Pay Transparency
  • Support the Manager of Reward with Co-ordination of Merit Meetings and Hourly Pay Review Schedules.
  • Organise team meetings as required and make all necessary arrangements including invites, agenda, speakers etc.
  • Manage team activities such as holiday calendar and travel.
  • Support benefit activities as appropriate.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as appropriate.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven administrative, organisational skills and experience with high attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive and confident approach.
  • Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly focused on delivering a professional service to customers.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise and work with multiple programmes.
  • Discrete and highly confidential.
