About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process across various stages, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the careers inbox, ensuring all requests are processed or forwarded to the relevant team member in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the internal careers and referral portals to guarantee opportunities are effectively advertised.
  • Utilize in-house tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Banks, and Indeed, to source candidates for critical roles.
  • Support the organization of interviews for high-volume roles.
  • Provide ad-hoc administration support for contractor and consultant hiring.
  • Process Right to Work requests via our digital portal in a timely fashion.
  • Administer requisition management on Workable, our applicant tracking system, including candidate and hiring manager surveys.
  • Manage vacancy reporting across all hire types on a weekly basis.
  • Report on Guaranteed Interview Scheme applicants and ensure relevant team members are notified of candidates requiring an interview.
  • Track and report inclusive metrics, including retrospective hires.
  • Manage Service Desk tickets for contractors during an interim period.
  • Administer IR35 requests on behalf of the team.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests regarding supplier onboarding to expedite the process.
  • Support the coordination and administration of candidate assessment centers.
  • Document the recruitment operation.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Able to work through and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Demonstrate efficiencies across key stages of the process.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure the documentation and handover process is completed at the end of the contract.
Requirements
  • Able to deliver a high volume of tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills to keep the team informed on progress.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Previous candidate sourcing experience.
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
