We are seeking an organised and meticulous individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator at Wickes. This position presents an excellent opportunity for someone keen on transitioning into project management and acquiring valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing tasks, managing documentation, fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders, as well as aiding in business transformation needs and project delivery.
  2. Scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas, collating content, facilitating (if appropriate), recording minutes and capturing key decisions and next steps.
  3. Supporting the business programme manager through the business change programme, including impact assessments, change control production of training materials and training support.
  4. Coordinating change management spend, invoice authorisation vs budget and expectation.
  5. Supporting stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and gathering feedback.
Requirements:
  1. GCSE Maths / English.
  2. Computer Literate.
  3. Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  4. Ability to analyse and interpret data.
