About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Energizer Holdings, Inc. as a Plant Operations Manager. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all supply chain activities, from receiving materials to loading finished products, to ensure seamless production and delivery.
  • Develop and implement internal scheduling and resource management to optimize production efficiency.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel in your area of responsibility, provide training, and enforce safety programs and policies.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to meet management's targets.
  • Implement quality assurance systems to ensure consistent product quality and meet Quality Department instructions.
  • Facilitate efficient production planning and encourage creative solutions to production problems.
  • Monitor production-related figures and financial indicators to ensure product costs meet goals.
  • Lead change initiatives and recommend improvements in structure and processes to resolve performance gaps.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular reviews, as well as annual appraisals for your team.

Requirements

  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to deal with people at all levels and lead by example.
  • Proactive leader and team player with a drive to succeed.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and briefings to personnel at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and promote continuous improvement and change management.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in senior management in a manufacturing environment.
