Lounges are a unique and special place, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Front of House Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you'll be supporting the management team to maintain the high standards that make Lounges so special.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for leading a team of front of house staff, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
  • You'll work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • You'll be responsible for managing the front of house operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • You'll be a key member of the team, working closely with other departments to ensure that the customer experience is exceptional.
