Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personalised Care Specialist, working with a young boy who requires support with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide one-to-one support to the client, enabling him to participate in activities he enjoys.
  • To assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
  • To maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
  • To collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure effective care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work specified hours.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Training & Background Checks:

An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client. You will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
