Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant with Sonderwell, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. This role involves providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and fulfilling their potential.
Job RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience. A background in healthcare or social care is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be able to work 12-hour shifts on a day or night basis, either full-time or part-time, and may be required to work ad-hoc live-in shifts to cover leave.
