We are a leading education recruitment agency, Academics Ltd, seeking a Learning Disability Trainer to join our team in East Grinstead.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with children on a 1:1 basis, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored support to autistic children, helping them reach their full potential.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting in delivering engaging lessons and activities in line with the child's individual needs.
- Monitoring progress and adapting strategies to ensure consistent growth.
- A strong commitment to supporting the well-being and development of children with additional needs.
- Previous experience in a school or SEN setting is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full training and ongoing support to develop your skills as an SEN Trainee Teacher.
- A welcoming and inclusive school environment dedicated to the success of every child.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
