About This Role

Baxter is a leading medical innovation company that transforms healthcare. We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our National Distribution Center's team in Northampton. This role involves working directly with customers, resolving issues, and delivering a human-centered experience through creative problem-solving and thoughtful communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle orders for hospitals, troubleshoot customer complaints, and build positive relationships within the company.
  • Communicate empathetic resolutions tailored to each customer, working with customers to support their Baxter experience.
  • Process patient orders for hospitals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high delivery of service excellence to Baxter's customers and patients.

Requirements

  • GCSE Level Standard Education.
  • Self-motivated, always curious, and consistently eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
  • Thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity, working autonomously and using good judgment to make decisions.
