Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our National Distribution Center's team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working directly with Baxter customers, across our product lines and customer channels, to resolve issues and deliver a human-centered, helpful experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle orders for hospitals and troubleshoot customers' complaints
- Build positive relationships within the company and communicate thoughtful, empathetic resolutions tailored to each customer
- Process patient orders for the hospitals and collaborate with other departments to ensure high delivery of service excellence to Baxter's customers and patients
Requirements
- GCSE Level Standard Education
- Self-motivated, always curious, and consistently eager to learn, with a growth mindset
- Thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment and becomes comfortable with change, and ambiguity, working autonomously and using good judgment to make decisions
What We Offer
- A 10-month fixed-term full-time contract
- Work weekday shift 8.30 am - 4:30 pm, then 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays (on weekly rotation) and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Fridays
