Job Description

This is an opportunity to join our dynamic Project Controls team, working as a Document Controller on some of the UK's largest Transportation, National Highways, Nuclear, Defence, and Infrastructure projects. You will be part of an experienced team that has a significant impact on the successful delivery of these multi-million-pound contracts, using state-of-the-art Project Controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient document control support to all projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity of company documents and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle stages.
  • Manage company documents and project deliverables, utilizing Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ProjectWise, AssetWise, 4Projects, and Business Collaborator.
  • Work on platforms such as ProjectWise, eB (Enterprise Bridge), AssetWise, Business Collaborator, and SharePoint, with advanced level experience.
  • Collaborate with the Document Control Manager and the Document Controls Team to ensure seamless document control support.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a similar role in Document control and record management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Good working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Experience working on platforms such as ProjectWise, eB (Enterprise Bridge), AssetWise, Business Collaborator, and SharePoint.
