About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract position that involves data analysis, negotiation, documentation, and coordination of fronting agreements. The successful candidate will lead and develop the build of a new data reporting suite to support commercial business decision-making for fronted business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the reporting requirements to/from our fronting partner, including ownership of data file transfer with automated IT feeds.
  • Technical lead in negotiation of commercial T&Cs with potential new fronting partners and documentation of the same in conjunction with Business Solutions/Legal teams.
  • Annual renegotiation of commercial T&Cs with existing fronting partners and captive contracts to ensure the best deal for Allianz in order to remain competitive in the market in terms of premium charged to Allianz customers.
  • Identification of key commercial risks, corresponding controls, and ongoing monitoring of risks and controls.
  • Trigger commercial audits and conduct reviews or processes and procedures following the identification of issues.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading data and reporting transformation within insurance companies.
  • Proficient user of SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience of working in a large, complex global financial services organisation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
