- Network with decision-makers to promote our brand and products through planned appointments.
- Manage the territory effectively, demonstrating excellent time and travel management skills.
- Promote and sell our products, demonstrating and helping to specify product requirements as needed.
- Build a balanced pipeline of prospects with short, medium, and long-term projects, ensuring central logging for required company support.
- Negotiate prices and discounts.
- Work with the National Sales Manager to create a regional sales plan.
- Follow up on quotes and samples, closing new business and ensuring CRM reflects this.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling into the NHS markets at multiple stakeholder levels.
- Hunter mentality.
- Residence in the Midlands.
- IT literacy and proficiency in CRM use.
- Desirable: medical equipment (non-theatre) or fast-moving capital experience.
- Clean driving license.
- Basic Salary: £46,500.
- Annual Bonus: £10,000 at 100%, £15,000 at 110% (realistic) uncapped, paid quarterly.
- Company car (hybrid).
- Pension Scheme.

- 33 days holiday including statutory days.
