Career Development Manager for Young Artists

ArtsHub (UK) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join its team as a Career Development Manager for Young Artists.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically developing our Learning and Participation work with schools and the local community, focusing on nurturing talent and trailblazing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging schools and the local community in our Learning and Participation programs.
  • Work closely with the Orchestra Team and players to ensure seamless delivery of projects and activities.
  • Collaborate with Programme Manager and Orchestra and Projects Manager to drive forward-facing young arts initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of vibrant and engaging community activities, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience.

Requirements:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with:

  • A proven track record in managing education and community engagement projects, particularly within the music or arts sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
