Lead Physiotherapist for Community Neurology Services

We are seeking a Lead Physiotherapist for Community Neurology Services to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our community neurology team, you will be responsible for leading community stroke care and supporting the provision of wider neurological physiotherapy services.
As a leader in our organization, you will work closely with other clinical lead physiotherapists to further develop stroke services and therapy services within the county. You will need to have a strong clinical grounding in stroke rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and general rehabilitation.
Salary: £54,931 - £69,175 per annum (inclusive of relocation allowance)
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior physiotherapists and other staff members
